SimeROM is a private company active in the Romanian and Eastern European markets since early 2000s, and it is part of Sime Group. Sime is an Italian Based Privately owned Engineering & Construction Company operating in the Oil & Gas Industry since 1989. It is the head company of an International Group of Companies, fully owned, that can count upon over 300 employees, two manufacturing plants in Italy (Rosignano and Porto Recanati – GI&E) and several engineering premises in Italy and abroad. Sime Group is active in Romania with 2 Operational sites, being the Bucharest Site its largest operational location, and through a local Commercial office in France and in the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi).
Sime Group’s core business is providing Engineering, Procurement & Construction services for O&G industry, for both On-shore plants (Gas & Pumping Stations, Petrochemical and Power Generation) and Off-shore (Platforms, Floaters and Subsea) applications.
Among its main products, Sime can list Preassembled Process Modules (for Gas & Oil treatment), Reciprocating Compressors (GI&E brand), Subsea Systems.
